Welcome to my E-portfolio
My name is Safeya Al Aryani, I am a bachelor student of Early Childhood Education, at Higher colleges of technology. I have practice teaching in several schools, and I have a perfect background about the strategies we have used for pre-kg. I want to be an excellent teacher who has perfect skills and information on how to teach and develop children.
My Philosophy
As a teacher, I am a one who is building the next generation, if I teach the students hardly and perfectly, they will be the best. So, the children of today they are the leaders of tomorrow. Furthermore, I believe that each child is different from each other, and they will bring something unique to the world. Moreover, every single student needs different care, guidance, and support. Also, I believe that my students will learn more and encouraged through learning by doing, according to Piaget theory, he believes that the children become more understanding and successful through this approach (McLeod, 2015). Besides, according to Skinner's theory, parents play an important role. So, parents' participation in their children's education has been shown, and this has resulted in a positive relationship between parent participation and the academic achievement of their children. Nevertheless, Fathers and mothers in every area of the earth always must work and care in educating their children primarily because they are builders of the future. (McLeod, Skinner - Operant Conditioning, 2015)
The purpose of this E-portfolio is to highlight the best teaching plans that I have applied in the teaching practice, show the "MSC, MCT" observations of my teaching and lessons. Provide some of the achievements that I have achieved during the practical training, and also highlight some of the future development plans.
